That's a low ball bid for all those terminals. probably 20-30% terminals in large cities are worth more than the bid alone

That’s why it’s called a bid. Who else has the cash to just put up and buy it all? Not many….

My guess is hundreds of hedge funds do.....most likely a lot of terminals in bigger cities are worth more tearing the buildings down and selling the land...

If it allows Estes to upgrade facilities from a current terminal I’m sure they’ll do it, hopefully some of these Yellow yards are bigger than current Estes facilities and will allow capacity for growth.

I highly doubt Estes will borrow money… they seem to be averse to being in debt.
