i guess it saves them the cost of background check and recruiting and all that. I thought other LTL companies were playing catch up with us, and they were gravitating towards our type of operation. or is it really becoming THAT insanely busy. Looks like it out here in the west!

We talked about this already. It's old news. I don't know about the other service centers but, Dallas is slowly hiring and using less temps. And BTW, they're making $15.80/hr.
