Did it for 12 years....You get a Employee paycheck with all the taxes and benies. And a truck check. Really bought a truck and leased it out

Same in Local 13 (Denver) back in the day. Driver was a Teamster employee of the company regardless of who owned the truck.

They will just make the drivers blow the horns and cut in lines more to make up any loss.
Cut their pre trip time on drop and hooks down from 30 seconds to 15.
