With today's new millennial work force and senior guys not wanting 60 plus hrs a week , maybe its time for more Flexibility in the bids ? Like maybe more 4-10's or 3-12's ? Or whats your opinions on what would be good bid ideas and with more bid flexibility maybe more guys would apply ??

Be very careful what you wish for. If you were to go to 4 10 hour shifts, Central States will screw you on your retirement. Retirement is based on days worked. You think you are ready to retire with X number of years, but wait. You didn't work enough days in a year to count as a full year. So check out all the ins and outs before you bid on a four day week.

, have you READ any of the letters they mail out saying they are GOING BROKE by 2025 ,how much more can they screw than that ??? pension plan is a ponzi scam , only like 88-K members paying in and 220-K members drawing out do the math and so YES I want & wish for 4-10's or 3-12's or even that the Central States would let you work at Holland p.t. and draw whats left of the pension
