ALL OVER DUDE. these things need to be done company wide not just in 1 area EVERYWHERE


also all terminals should be ran the SAME, they should all read the book and they should all be ran the same. not every different TM's diferent interpritation of the rules

I'm going to have to 2nd this...The idea that every rule is open to the TM's discretion and that he/she can apply it when or how he/she feels it's necessary is bull$hit.. I've seen people fired for doing something and another guy get a talkin to for doing the same thing. Top FLight, might you have some answers on how and why policies are allowed to be applied or not applied?
