I hate to sound cynical but this sounds like an attempt to get nosy about drivers habits. If they even THINK you might say something ugly, disrespectful, negative, or even slightly slanderous about the company, YOU WILL BE HISTORY.

I am just starting to read up on this issue but be aware, that website has an agenda to sell it's services to companies who get an intervention.
This is looking to be a giant beauracracy second only to the tax system.
On that website there is an interview with a trucking company who got an intervention and the investigator couldn't even tell them what triggered it.
