This didn't work for me.
I tried when my first check from the army was $78 pr month.
Didn't get any better when they raised me to $85.80.
Now, I must depend on you to keep CS, up and running.

Retirement packages are only as good as the guarantor. In this case CSPF. It's no different than the risk you take buying an annuity from an insurance company, it's guaranteed income only to the extent of the ability to pay by the guarantor.
