How does that affect YRCW? I read the article. Illegal dispatching in the bill is about brokers for a small group of O/Os getting loads from shippers, and keeping a percentage of the O/O pay. Or the drivers having to put on and take off masks slowed them down.
Or maybe road construction started early and messed up our freight lanes.
