ODFL | How long does the Pre-hire phase supposed to take?

Hello everyone.. So I applied back in late April, and got a phone call the very next day.

Did my drug test the 7th and turned in my paperwork around the 18th of May..

Still nothing official yet from Corporate and no official start date. (I did get an offer letter contingent on passing all the background checks)

How long does this usually take?? This has been my dream job/company ever since I got my CDL back in 16, and I'm itching to get started.

It took a month for me to get a start date from start to finish.

Maybe since I was out of area it took longer.
But I just got my approval!! I can't wait to start.
