Applied for hub combo driver. It has a noon start time at Draper Va terminal. . What do you do in this position. I’m used to to driving terminal to terminal hooking and unhooking pups at my current LTL job. Is it just that or is there dock work included also. If so I can work dock if that is required Also what is the pay right now

Combo drivers do everything. They work the dock, run linehaul, work in the city and work in the spotter. I don't know anything about the terminal but a noon start time sounds like you'll be working in the city and helping outbound finish up on the dock.

Pulaski terminal in good ol Virginia. Combo does any and everything needed. You will fill in the voids as the poster stated above. You may fill in when people are on vacation. I suspect that start time is a suggestion and not wrote in stone. It could be it or give or take a few hours. Good people there sometimes the evening linehaul dispatchers can be a little cranky.
