Conway used to be use one full week, break up the other...in the past year, changed to break 'em all up if you want...Bonzai..!!!! Strap chooses first, right on down the line in seniority order start of every year...we let X number off at a time, depending on roster size, leave a little cushion for the "I have a cough" call offs, and we are good to go...the junior guys gripe, but, got to put in your time to get what you want...everyone else did..
