out of the western ky term the inbound freight has been really good the out bound freight is just alittle on the slow side but it is picking up, Hope it picks up every where:d6625240:
up here at the term i work out of in the midwest we have quadrupled our bill count in the last 8yrs.i have been here 9 1/2 yrs and this past yr is the busiest ever....with the most drivers on the payroll. our reg days have gotten much busier and there is usually 6-8 extra loads to go after upon completing our 9 1/2-10 1/2/hr day. i don't know where this "economic slowdown" has been,certainly not here.
Inbound and outbound above normal for this time of year. No slow down here either and really, not many new customers. All other LTL's in area really slow and either laying off or cutting back drivers to 4 day weeks. Long Live R&L !!!!!!!!!!
