No we don't have the yrc emblems on our equipment but we are a subsidiary of yrc.
not necessarily true brokenwrench all of regionals operate totally separate from yrc[yellow roadway].holland new penn and reddaway has there own main office ,sales team, our checks are still coming from our main office not overland park, kansas.just keep in mind brokenwrench that the banks are calling the shots not zollars and yrcw.the banks are all about money not trucking.if the regionals are making money it looks good for a potential buyer.also keep in mind that the pension and pay scale can be renegotiated with the employees if it came to a vote and i'm sure it would be overwhelmingly approved among all three companies.holland new penn and reddaway. They managed to intangle all the money between all the companys that these holes were given credit to buy so now even if Holland and Reddaway are doing OK they go down with the main ship which is know best for taking realy good companys down.
I'm saying if there were a potential buyer that the pension and the pay can be negotiated between the buyer and the employees. Holland new Penn and reddaway.
Everything is negotiable in a sale...as long as all the parties agree.what about the unfunded mandate? The amount of money that is owed to the fund would have to be a part of the deal. The amount that is owed is greater than the value of Holland, New Penn, and Reddaway.
Couldn't said it any better.Everything is negotiable in a sale...as long as all the parties agree.

yes the regionals are a hot commoditie right abougyt now.and the dream about being sold or bought out is still alive. It's just like buying a lottery ticket....... you can dream as longs it take as the ticket has more drawings. Don't take away their dreams:Omg_I_gets_present_
When you are making a profit, there is always potential of being sold. But, don't think that YRCW is going to give up their cash cows anytime soon. And the dream about being sold or bought out is still alive.
