Friday I had a customer needed a time critical, after 1200.couldnt access Arcbest for obvious reasons Noone answers phone because it's after 1200 on Friday. Made me feel about this tall!

Friday I had a customer needed a time critical, after 1200.couldnt access Arcbest for obvious reasons Noone answers phone because it's after 1200 on Friday. Made me feel about this tall!

Almost as bad as showing up at 4:30 with a delivery (of course refused), that's what happened Friday. Sent me out with a 8 stop peddle at 10;30. It's embarrassing & something I never had to do in my 32 years, another new low....
