Do I need to go to a Kosher certified wash station to get a Kosher wash ticket for a tanker of food grade chemicals?

Yeah. Hopefully you're not in the true Midwest (Kansas, Colorado, Utah etc).
Not many if any there.
But maybe you can change the names on the receipt….Ira Gonzalez….Saul Alvarez becomes Sol…..

absolutely.. the rabbi stands on top of the tanker and certifies it clean, then spits in the tanker
