Dan Conway is now a tm at one of the Midwest Yellow terminals. Quite the demotion imo.

I think I would be a great Dan Conway. What's the position? I'm jumping on internal careers today and putting in for it. Worst they can do is say no.

I'll make my wife a terminal manager, my son a terminal manager.... Hey smoke, you want a building? We'll replace the "heros work here" sign with a skull.

Everybody else that wants a building, jump in the message box and we'll work out a price.

He did in fact got the boot about 2 months ago. He supposedly was hiring his buddies as terminal managers without going through the proper process. Upper management got wind and escorted him out.

Hell Kent woods in the STL region has been doing this for years. In the 12 years I was at STR we had 6 TM and only 2 were over 30. If they did good they moved up, if they didn’t they were sent packing
