Hi guys I wanted to know why is it that the management in the south more layer back and approachable but management in the Midwest not care about there employees and very unapproachable I will say especially the Ohio area that brings me to this Estes does not have a driver problem they have a retention problem fix the terminal management and the retention problem will go away there are a lot of very smart drivers and office staff in this company that walk around on pins and needles you can only throw money at it for so long before it blows up in your face Estes 2.2
