Anybody know why O.D. can't pull pups on the new 311 between H.P. and W.S. ? Other companys are. Is the road too smooth and the traffic too light ? What is that about a 12 or 15 mile stretch of 4 and 5 lanes of 60 and 65 mph road ?
 
Don't know why? safety man says 53's and pups are not allowed "OD" that is. Can't find anything about trucks being outlawed on that highway on their website either. A friend of mine in Raliegh said he couldn't find any information regarding this issue either.

I hunted and couldn't find a thing and I don't know of anyone the law has pulled there.Like I said,there 's a lot of others running it.
