Still better than ups freight's grey duct tape they used on overnite trucks . Lol .
Just this afternoon I saw a Motor Cargo tractor pulling a UPS Freight trailer. No sign of TForce Freight anywhere.
Never underestimate Ups, they never really wanted to be in Ltl & Tfi will only have X amount of time to change the branding. Lawsuits on the way. Ups only cares about profit & numbers.

There is a 2 year "rebranding" period.
TFI probably wants to get far away from the UPGF legacy quickly..
UPS never completed the rebranding. A pathetic excuse for an ltl company.
They were never a ltl company to begin with! They put zero effort into the place! I personally can't wait to get away from the shield and all the nonsense they preach!

We still have UPS managers, UPS rules, no end in sight right now to the write-up, fire em' all mentality.
Can't hire a friggin driver, can't keep a dock guy. Time to pay a competitive starting wage.
Time to rebrand the management not just the equipment...

Might as well be the same dam company place is a joke we got guys smoking on the dock the favorites can do whatever they want tm knows it goes on sup let's it go on and one of them flicked the but by the dumpster area and it caught on fire you could see the smoke from the other end of the dock it wasnt anything to big put out quickly but the dock sup just laughed about it said the guy was trying to burn the place down the sup smokes on the doc pu ramp wont get up to come out open doors for us to load yells at me threatens me with write ups because I told her it's not my job to chase you down to get doors open half the time she out smoking on her cell phone talking or playing games eating we have to sup now doing about 270 to 300 bills on outbound and cant even get doors open nothing but a dam fight everyday just to do our freaking jobs no call no shows guys taking off whenever they want pick and choose who they harass terminal is out of control roof leaks bad forklifts down scales broke but good news they made there numbers that's why they still have there jobs forget what a toxic unhealthy environment it is
