I'm pretty sure that you can't pull ANY hazmat if you don't have the endorsement. Placards or not, it doesn't matter. After all, if you don't have the endorsement, how can you be expected to know what needs to be placarded?

Exactly, ask "Opie" how many of those contractors he sent outta there that didn't have'em.. Some of those guys didn't even speak English... Hell, if you ain't got'em, what difference does it make to you... I know the man/wife ream we had, caught several fixing to pull outta 035 and ask them did they have'em, they said NO.. He just shook his head and said "Be careful"... Juss sayin', they have done it before...
