people just looking to get people fired. some people never learn to mind their own business.
I always signed the yearly form...... to my best knowledge none that I can remember..... I am human and screw up.
For starters, it's not just a company policy, it's federal DOT policy!
I thought they pulled a DMV report on every driver at least once a year. I know when they pulled mine, I was required to check it out and sign it. Personally I think you shouldn't have to report a ticket until your found guilty, but the company policy is report it within 24 hours. I think everyone is aware of this issue, and forgetting to report a ticket is really a lame excuse. TP
Actually, under CSA, the ticket hits your federal record approximately 72 hours after issuance. It stays on, even if you beat the ticket in court. Oh, and lastly, FMCSA notifies FedEx electronically when they post it to your record. So the company finds out about the ticket roughly 4 days after you're cited.
