I thought he was Triplex getting the keys to his trophy truck....From the shiny, new condition of the tractor I'd guess the last guy on the right is a Ford truck salesman handing the key of the tractor to Alan. Besides, who else but a salesman would dress like that in public?
Yea but come November you guys always wanted those cut out shift and steering column boots reinstalled.....................PS - Hippie, those bell bottoms were helpful when driving those tractors back in the day. They didn't have A/C and the wider, flared pants bottoms funneled more air up your pants leg to help keep you cool in the summer heat.
And pinkie rings!Don't knock those white, patent leather loafers. All the big boys at my local's headquarters wore shoes like that! Right Roady?
In Highschool, I drove a 1950s Hough front end loader my Dad leased to Pennsylvania Highway Dept during the winter to load cinders and salt. During the summer the engine fan was turned to take heat away from the seat. During winter Dad turned it around to blow heat toward the seat. There was no heater, and only a plywood makeshift cab.Yea but come November you guys always wanted those cut out shift and steering column boots reinstalled.....................
