The same thing happened in Pope County Arkansas a while back to an historic bridge. The driver who spoke very little English was following a GPS when the bridge collapsed & the rig went into the Petit Jean River. He had driven several miles on a one land gravel road. It took a few months to get the rig loaded with processed chicken out because of flooding due to spring rains. The road had to be built up to get the recovery vehicles in. I don't know who paid for the damage & recovery.
