I work for a different company, but was wondering how does your company handle finding drivers a hotel? Is it up to the company or you? What happens when they're all booked?

The company contracts with hotels,usually arrangements are made for lodging by individual T/Ms and there's a pretty big quality gap sometimes from one S/C to the next .. A PO is issued to the driver over the on board computer plus name and address of hotel.. Back when I had to deal with such things only time our hotel was booked up found lodging on my own and was reimbursed by terminals petty cash.

Still works that way... Only trouble is your home svc center actually having petty cash on hand to reimburse you...
