I guess they negotiated the 10% give back on our gross earnings and not our hourly rate and then took the 10% from that, so the union still calculates our 2 and 1/2 times our hourly wage for our monthly dues.

I guess I may have to take this up with our BA since our dues didn't change.
 
The IBT advised ALL freight locals to reduce dues by March 2009 by 10%.

Some did not due so in Feb.09...some if not ALL should have it done from March 2009....let us ALL know when you get your first pay check for March there Brother so you may change your story!.....KK
 
My dues for a check dated 1-16-09 were 57.00. My check dated 2-20-09.. they were 45.00. Looks like to me they even went back and gave us a 10% credit for Jan. as well.
