A tractor-trailer accident closed southbound lanes of Route 33 to Interstate 78 eastbound in Northampton County early Wednesday, state police at Belfast said.
The accident happened at 2:14 a.m. when Volodymyr Velykaiv, 43, of Lake Forest Park, Wash., lost control on a sharp turn while southbound on Route 33 to I-78 eastbound, police said.
