I've heard a couple of drivers say they used to but they've been here 40 years

I was there from 93-2000 and I can assure you that there was no pension during those years and I never once heard any of the old drivers speak of one before that.

They had a retirement plan l think it ended when the 401 came out my dad worked here back in 1970 thru 1989 and received a one time payout it was a dollar for dollar match l started here in 1985 and they froze it right after that and went to the 401k.
