New Estes video says starting in January a c.p.a will start a performance based program. Is this going to be a new way to do raises? Just curios because most drivers are getting knocked by the samsara for something or another. Also as much as the dispatchers and office personel mess up are they going to be under the same standards as the drivers and dock workers? You know like cut times not being honored or you put in for time off and they lose the paperwork but you took a picture of it with your phone to time stamp it and the date but they have no clue what happened.
