The regional dispatchers work 7 on and 7 off. Anyone else have a problem fighting to run when one dispatcher is working, and not having to worry about it when another works or is it just me?

it's 7/7 with the day and night guys for my region.

Some of the hubs have their own linehaul dispatchers. That being said, nothing should surprise anybody about how the operation is run.
