Can someone tell me what the current starting rate is for Line Haul and how long it takes to get to top rate?

well i am not 100% sure. I am a hub driver and soon I will be going to extraboard so I will know more than, but i think it starts at $.45 or $.46/mile and in 3 years you will be at $.54/mile. anyone confirm or deny this?

.535 cpm as of now for turn linehaul drivers.. .540 for extraboard and laydown drivers.... That's top pay after 3 years..
