After being here a few months now, and dealing with various levels of management, I have finally realized how to get ahead in this company. Not that I have any chance of it...
You don't worry about actually doing your job, you just have to make it sound like you know what your doing and justify it to everyone as why you have your job.
Makes sense,if you've been here long enough....
It also sucks if your a working stiff,or in a position that actually has to work to make someone else feel better about thier job...
