If you are on the dock they can force you out on a run up to your 7th hour where I am. Then you are required to finish you run which means more than 10 hours usually

I was offered a job by Holland and would like to know what kind of job this is now. Do they have everything lined out as far as benefits and retirement? What kind of place is it? Good job? Bad Job?
