dallas got 7.8% increase on hourly and 5% increase on mileage. This is thanks to od taking all our people. you guys in nmp should've got the same thing..you have the same problem as we have.

Not only that, but if you haven't topped out yet, you only get $24.76 when you do top out. Only those that are already topped out get the $25.11. This company sure does know how to create animosity between its drivers.

I am in the central region we got 2 percent and top out at 24.60 an hour and got 1 cent a mile. What a crock they say its cuz we are in a "hot market".
