Maybe it's just me but does anyone else feel like this should be in the accident thread instead of a reason why no raises?? Out of respect for the family of the deceased as well as the driver.

This is not a reason why yrc hires anyone. Should be deleted. No matter when this man was hired it's a tragedy. People's live are ruined and changed forever.

I agree with the Smith system training.
It's simple and easy thing to do.
I went through it twice. And it still sticks with me.
But I don't think they do it anymore. They should.
