My Brother Ron Langewicz out of XPN passed away this morning from a massive stroke he had a couple weeks ago.
He lost his right leg due to frost bite roughly 2 and a half years ago.He rehabbed his ass off and returned back to conway (xpo) after 1 year. He worked almost a year to the day with a prostetic on line-haul. He suffered a heart attack/stroke in March of this year. He was re-habbing and trying everything he could to return to work,
In August he had to have a pace-maker installed to help his weakening heart. In november he had a massive stroke and was in a hospital for 2 and a half weeks before he passed. My brother was the most loyal father to his children sacrificing everything to help his children at anytime. He was a loyal employee of conway for over 20 years. He is the kind of guy that would give you the shirt off of his back. He was my fellow employee (who trained me to get my CDL 11 years ago) My best friend, and my Big brother. Ron I will miss you with all of my heart as will your Daughters Rebecca and Hannah, Ex wife Mary ,Our Mother Nancy as well as the rest of our family and all of your friends. You were well liked by all and will be missed by many. I love you Ron and look forward to seeing you later as my time ends.God bless you bro and rest in peace. Dave Langewicz
