U-turning a tractor-trailer(or any other vehical for that matter)on an interstate type highway very dangerous,stupid,risky behavior!!

Actually he wasn't on the freeway. The off ramp & the on ramp are displaced from each other. If you are on the offramp you have to make a right turn onto the road & then make a sharp u-turn to get onto the onramp.
