the big announcement is a new set of unattainable goals that we have to achieve before we get our 5% back. Let alone the raises we have missed.
 
you will never get your 5% back, that is long gone if by chance we do get a raise that is all it will be. Rick may try and spin it as getting back part of your 5% but for me if they give us back any of our 5% then they would have to make it retroactive.

Retroactive, hmmm....nice thought, but that wouldn't happen on a good day.
 
yeah the big announcement was that Saia made money last quarter. After going thru the quarterly meeting with out TM he even said the 5% isn't coming back but to keep our heads positive towards possible raises in the future
