If you'd like enough permanent employees to work at all your terminals...come back to the table and put it in writing....up the friggin pay rate and pay into the pensions...

Route freight to other terminals that aren't log jammed . Operate smaller terminals as mini bulks if possible . Spread it out . Just a suggestion . It's not as though the freight never arrives late anyway ! And Mangled ! Or missing altogether ! Reopening the contract is a double edged sword. Be careful what you wish.Maybe Time for drivers to say lets reopen the contact and go back to the bargaining table or we all stay home & shut down American , like China Joe is trying to do !!!
