Odell sells 20,000 stock 2/2/11 for,296,200 doll. ...Trucksees-chairman of the board has sold 10,000 per month since 9/30/2010,selling 71,144 for 1,105,348 doll...to me this is NOT a sign of CONFIDENCE.i get this info from marketwatch.com reply if you want,im just letting you no whats going on...drive safe,,,seeeee yaaaa.SCOUT:coffee1:
 
yeah that's not generally a good sign. the only way i might see it as one, and i'm probably wrong in my thinking, is they think the stock is going to go up enough for the company to make money off others buying the stock later raising more money for the company.
 
It could be somebody had to exercise some stock options at this time. As for Trucksess, he retired a while back and may be getting some money out. I'd hate to have his tax bill.
 
just a little fyi. saia stock 52 week low was 11.25. 52 week high was 17.74. odells recent sell of 20,000 shares netted 14.21 a share for a total of 284,200 dollars. the sales have been on going by the top 5
 
Maybe they are transfering some of the money over to ( Dollar Bill Zollars ) so they can all get ready to retreat to their new vacation hide aways until all the dust settles?
 
Well its the first of the month,,,odell sells 20,000 shares for$296,000 trucksess 10,000....are you loving it yet?
