I thought I saw where some of our lawyers and such are compensated with stock. Is this true or did I just have a brain fart? That would be pretty sweet to get 10,000 shares @ $39.00 a share and sell it a few months later in the $55 range. Being at the top of the food chain does have some perks.
 
OK. If the said person knowingly bought shares before the purchase of CFI ( it was after the deal I checked) at say $ 45 and sold at $55 that would be insider trading A BIG NO-NO just ask martha. I believe we had a few people in our company that tried this awhile back. they didn`t get the reward that martha did, they just left to "pursue other interest" So said person is safe. Its called capitalism. It means they get richer while we working stiffs get :nutkick:

I wish I knew who Fed-X or UPS were going to buy next. I'm about to go bankrupt buying Con-way stock thinking it's gonna be us!:hysterical:
