we the rank an file u know the ones who get there hands dirty who do the work the majority should be heard we know whats wrong and how to fix it if the idiots in the office would work with us and the ones at the top would take there heads out of there asses maybe then they could see the hole picture. instead of thinking up corney slogans and makeing domb ass videos make your selves accessible to the workers maybe you would have a clue what was wrong and how to fix it your best tool is the workers the ones that talk to the customers everyday the dock worker that tries to tell the boss thats not going to ride that way the line haul driver that was just dispatched two hours late but is still expected to get there on time or the mechinec who has to patch in stead of fix so some clerks budget looks good chris anser the phone we the workers r just tring to help!
