I’m hearing they want geographical pay rate structures that are competitive in each area.
Certain areas get paid more than other areas.

There are never going to be geographic pay rates. Never, it is a non-starter.
There are going zero concessions, absolutely zero. The company can't claim profits up and ask for give backs.

We need to stick together Maybe UPS had the money to waste to run freight around terminals, or clear the system of freight before a last best and final vote to intimidate... but we are the largest part of this new company. Exact opposite of the last 16 years.

The Teamsters aren't in TFIs back pocket.
