What the Teamsters have already done for you!
1. $.80 cent raise and about 2 cents a mile
2. Driver scorecard thrown out
3. A step progression for safety infractions rather than critical write ups and unfair terminations
4. The company is currently reviewing the unfair point system for attendance
5. The company is reviewing allow more time off.

These are all things that the company has changed or is looking to change because of the Teamsters. You can bet the farm if the big black Teamsters truck was not outside of the CIN service center none of this would have changed.

A Yes vote will keep these kind of positive changes coming for us drivers and give us back our dignity and respect we deserve.

Vote NO and it all goes back to the way it was. Vote no and you will stay an "at will employee"

VOTE YES for .....
Job security
Your family
Your future
Your respect
Your rights
Your dignity
Along with many other things such as wages, benefits, written policy, and guarantee of seniority!

TOGETHER WE STAND!
DIVIDED WE BEG!

Thank you cin drivers for standing up and saying 'enough is enough' and seeking help. :clapping:No matter the outcome you've made it better here already. But in all honesty, I hope you win just to stir the pot somemore.:stirthepot:

Come on, our SCM said this wasn't driven by the union activity. He said they have been listening to drivers all over the country and since they care about us they made these changes. And we all know you can always trust management!!

It wasn't like this 7 years ago don't leave us dock guys out too we got spit on w a $.47 cent raise! Pretty much no pension vote yes for the middle class!

Once we finish organizing the drivers at cin we will work on the dock.
We will fight to get them full time and seniority board among many other things.

Just to be clear....The Teamsters didn't do any of this. The legitimate threat of organizing is what brought on these changes.

What a crock of crap that is. Why not organize at once? Too many no votes from dock and clerical who will likely have to make concessions if too much is given to the drivers?

I think your thanking the wrong people. If FXF wasn't profitable, then they would be asking for a 15% cut in wages. The decisions that FXF management made it possible for a wage increase. Right now UPS Freight is on the top of the pile. If they don't show a profit next year, you can look for them to join the other union freight carriers. Our company policies are not written is stone so they are flexible. If something doesn't look like it will work they can change it. If you worked for the best LTL carrier, making the most money, driving new equipment with the best run, you would still be whining. Its the nature of the beast.

I will agree that profitability facilitates an increase, I believe the workers at UPS would laugh at management of one of the most profitable companies in the world coming to them for concessions because one division didn't make money. I imagine a severe shakedown in processes/pricing would be in order before begging for concessions.

UPS and UPS Freight are two different companies, just like Fedex Ground and Fedex Freight. One wouldn't be effected by the actions of the other.

I'm sorry, but you really have no right any more to say "our company".
You don't work here and haven't worked here for years.
