Strikes were a powerful tool when LTL was overwhelming Teamster. Today with the large presence of non-union LTL companies it's self-defeating. That's the reality we're not supposed to talk about.
Strikes are a thing of the past. YRC companies have no cash on hand. They operate on cash flow. Disrupt that cash flow with a week long shutdown and YRC will not be able to make payroll.

That’s correct and where else can you get paid for just clocking in.

They got 15% more cash on hand , don't believe the sheep story of no cash , they just make themselves look poor on paper and to the union so they can continue to pay the lowest in the LTL industry , just look at the history of Bonues payouts and the millions they paid Jamie to come back again and play numbers game for them ..

"They just make themselves look poor on paper". That is exactly what the drivers said at Halls, Cooper-Jarett, McClean, APA, Putnam, CF, Preston and on and on.

Duh! They're carrying heavy debt! :duh:
Duh ! Only if they would have hiring 'Jamie' sooner and opened up more Cayman accounts with Patel & Wong Investment LLC & had us driver's contribute -25% instead of only -15% and if they wouldn't have ordered them extra fender mirrors on the trucks it would all be good & making big profits !!!:duh:
