Wasn't is Red Star after the strike who opened up in the Southeast and had to roll it all back????
I may be thinking of someone else who was chasing revenue and it flopped. Anyway it was a long time ago

Sounds like those rates hurt more than helped.
Am I correct that they opened up in NC SC GA and Florida? Then shortly after shut the new area down??
