I think the company needs to do a survey and find out how we feel. I know there is no open door policy at our barn, I've tried to use it. I always try to look at the glass half full and don't mind too much about them taking 5%. Times suck! But, Conway has some major problems with management that really need to be addressed. STOP not believing what your employees tell you. We don't ALL lie. It seems professionalism has died in management. Let's use our Lean Six Sigma and ask WHY? Where is the integrity in management? I have seen our manager lie multiple times. I know, if I don't like it there's the door. OH, What a solution that is. If we all did leave every time we heard that saying , would the company still exist? Saying there's the door is not the solution. Fix the problems in management, stop taking it out on the drivers.
