That is what's killing me watching NEMF post ,There not gonna get any better it's only going to get worse ! Why not move on . Yes it sucks starting over but in the long run you will win.....
I've been there trust me

Guess it all depends on what market you live in. If ABF is the best alternative than that's great. They only hire occasionally here in Buffalo and it's only for a trainee usually. Ive had 2 friends quit UPS Freight cause they spent more time sitting by the phone than working. UPS small pack is almost always hiring part time. I guess I need to move cause up here in Buffalo the choices are limited. I guess I could go back to Sysco their Teamster 317 offering an 8k sign on bonus but again they are 401k and currently pay $65 a week for their benefits.

Buffalo sucks, ny is averse to any new heavy industry that creates jobs.

I've been there trust me

It doesn't suck starting over. When I walked out 12 years ago, I felt like a new man. I've never regretted that decision.

The fear of starting over sucks, starting over feels awesome.

And the timing is perfect.
