Question.

In Columbus, Ohio what is the starting wage for Casual Class A City P@D Driver. Before the 15-percent wage giveback?

I don"t know that, but I am looking at my pay stub and apparantly full scale is 24.51. So 85% of that is what I get, and I think 85% of that is what a new hire gets, unless you are a former yellow employee or maybe Just former teamster then 90% of my 85%. It used to be a casual got more than a new hire, but I don"t know if it is still that way. Did I confuse You?
 
Thanks for the reply back so far. So my understanding at this point is..

Starting Casual Full Rate is $16.56, after 15-percent give-back is $14.07 is this correct? And if this lower amount is correct wow how are they getting let alone keep them.

I still might be interested in for me as part-time but damn man......
 
No 16.56 is the starting casual rate.Top scale is $24.35 minus 15% giveback $20.70. Casual gets 80% of $20.70 which is $16.56. Little confusing I don't even talk about any top scale wages just the monies the company is going to writeme a check for.
