RETIREMENT???
There are very few Companies that offer retirement. Don't know of any Company that offers Drivers retirement. A 401 is your investment to the day you finally say enough (age 66 1/2 for me so far). Company match is NOT a retirement package. Remember when people would retire and they would get benefits.

Doesn't UPS offer a pension? Don't know about medical but the pension I'm pretty sure of. YRC and ABF pensions don't count, who knows if they will even be funded. UPS bought out of the Central States Pension Fund so if they offer it they fund it. That would be a nice perk, much better than 401k match.

Yeah they hiring anyone driver if anything it seems they bypass experience for dock to driver flunkkee that takes 6 times to pass his test

CCX, CWX, CSX did. I am pretty sure that stopped after the XPO buyout unless they were already in it.
