TForce | What should and shouldn't a steward do

The steward should first ask mgmt what the discipline is for , then ask for time to speak with the employee and hear his side and coach the employee on what info he should or should not share.
 
Lol of course that is if you actually get the priviledge of a steward being there here in HRS management with the BA's blessing will pull you in at their pleasure and magically that always happens when the stewards are out on their runs or at home on rest.Oh they still let you have a witness but he isn't allowed to do anything but take notes of what happens. Best advice I was given was deny everything management says and make them prove it most times they can't.

File a grievance each time you are denied a steward. Keep a paper trail. Then file a labor charge if it persists.
